Frank brings over 21 years of distinguished experience in the U.S. Secret Service, where he planned, supervised, and executed security operations for numerous U.S. presidents, foreign dignitaries, and world leaders. Retiring as the Special Agent in Charge of the Phoenix Field Office, he managed personnel, investigations, and protective operations across Arizona and New Mexico, including the planning and supervision of multiple high-profile visits to border areas.
In Miami, Frank led the Protection Squad responsible for over 300 visits annually. This included regular Presidential visits to Mar-a-Lago, Doral, and Trump International resorts, as well as numerous visits by foreign dignitaries to South Florida. He also played a key role in fostering strong relationships with visiting world leaders and their staff.
Frank also served in Washington, D.C., in the Protective Intelligence Division and on the Presidential Protective Division, where he was responsible for daily physical protection and advance planning for the President and First Family.
Frank’s international experience spans over 50 countries, including a pivotal assignment as Assistant Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Nigeria. He has coordinated security for extended visits by foreign leaders, such as the King of Morocco, King of Jordan, King of Sweden, President of Yemen, and President of Ecuador, alongside numerous leaders from the Caribbean, Central, and South America.

Beyond his operational achievements, Frank has significantly contributed to global security training by instructing Secret Service protection methodologies for select foreign officials at the International Law Enforcement Academies in El Salvador and Botswana.
